This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Epic Digital Solutions, Inc. ("Provider") and the undersigned customer ("Customer") for the provision of social media marketing services as outlined below:

Services:

Provider agrees to provide the following services to Customer:
 

• Up to a 30-minute onboarding call to gather necessary information and preferences.

• Adding Provider as a team member to Customer's Facebook and Instagram profiles.

• Creation of a brand new Facebook and Instagram profile if necessary.

• Creation of unique content for Customer's business, including but not limited to specials, news, customer reviews, Q&A, and other business-related updates.

• Posting of unique content once every 3 days to Customer's Facebook and Instagram profiles.

• Curating hashtags tailored to Customer's targeted audience.

Payment and Acceptance of Terms:

By remitting payment for the services outlined above, Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Payment:

Customer agrees to pay a monthly fee of $99 for the services outlined above. The first payment is non-refundable. In the event that Customer decides to cancel services during a billing cycle, Provider will complete services for the remainder of the current billing period. Customer must cancel before the next payment period to discontinue services.

Customer Responsiveness:

Customer acknowledges that timely responsiveness during the onboarding process is essential to avoid delays in service delivery. Provider is not liable for any delays caused by Customer's failure to respond promptly to requests for information or collaboration during the onboarding phase.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. Termination will be effective upon the completion of the current billing cycle.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of this Agreement.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By remitting payment, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
